When you send me personally identifying information via e-mail (that is, in a message containing a question or comment, or by filling out a form that e-mails me this information), I use it to respond to your requests. Your email address will be retained as a means of contact if you contract with me for web development. It will be retained at least until the contract is finished. At the close of the contract, at your request, I will delete your email address from my records. If you decide not to contract my web development services, I will delete your email address and other contact information. I do not distribute or sell lists of e-mail addresses to any parties outside of @SiteName. Other personal information (such as name, address, etc.) you provide to me via e-mail or web forms will be used only in contract-related business and correspondence with you, personally. I respect your privacy and will not divulge your personal information to any outside source. However, I will disclose information about users in response to a subpoena, court order, or other legal process, as explained in Collection and release of gathered information.
